Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead a specialized business segment in California. This role is responsible for driving revenue and profitability through strategic leadership and operational excellence within the environmental sector. The Division Manager will oversee multiple claims/jobs, develop team members, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for urgent issues.
  • Ensure timely billing and reduction of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Lead regular staff meetings to promote communication and divisional success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Provide coaching and direction on job priorities and execution.
  • Support sales efforts and contribute to corporate revenue goals.
  • Drive financial performance in revenue, profit, billing, and DSO metrics.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure timely completion.
  • Make strategic decisions to meet deadlines and improve division outcomes.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a diverse workforce.
  • Promote employee growth through training and development.
  • Uphold and promote company safety policies and practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Specialized knowledge in asbestos, contents processing, lead abatement, or mold remediation.
  • Proven management experience in commercial and residential restoration.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to meet production goals and drive results.
  • Basic HR management knowledge.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, during first shift hours.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, with a pay range of $82,316.52 to $144,464.32 annually, based on experience. Approximately 20% travel time is required for this supervisory position.

This is a supervisor position with a focus on developing and implementing HR best practices, ensuring safety compliance, and managing the division's financial performance.
